Cindy’s clients have ranged from Fortune 500 companies to startups to entrepreneurs. However, she’s best known for helping small to medium-sized business owners increase sales, and grow their profits. Recently she co-founded Good A/C Guy an online lead generation platform for HVAC contractors, and Good Life Blog that helps homeowners connect with contractors and provide solutions to help them live their lives to the fullest.

Cindy was born and raised in New York City and is a graduate of F.I.T. in Manhattan, where she studied advertising and public relations. She is happily married for almost 15 years to her husband Paul Metzler, senior executive at the PGA of America, and is a proud mom to their 10-year old daughter Olivia and 7-year old son Trevor. Cindy is a yoga guru, information addict, ocean lover and aspiring wine aficionado. She is a published writer and lover of all things fashion!

Cindy is a 10-year melanoma cancer survivor and ambassador for autoimmune disorder and heart disease. Each of these conditions has contributed to her passionate advocacy and shaped her pursuit for women’s empowerment, health, wellness, and education.

Since 2009, she is a proud supporter of Dress for Success, a global not-for-profit organization that promotes the economic independence of disadvantaged women by providing professional attire, a network of support and the career development tools to help women thrive in work and in life.
